Post doc position available in Shanghai

Applications are invited for postdoctoral positions to study adult stem cells and muscle regeneration in Hu lab at Shanghai Institute of Biochemistry and Cell Biology. Shanghai Institute of Biochemistry and Cell Biology is one of the top institutes/universities in China. Our lab is studying the mechanism governing muscle stem cell maintenance, proliferation, differentiation, and the mechanism used to maintain muscle mass using biochemistry, cell biology, imaging, physiological and animal model approaches. We are seeking highly motivated individuals with a solid background in biochemistry, molecular biology, muscle physiology, or developmental biology. A successful candidate should have ph.D/MD degree and be able to work independently, communicate well with co-workers, and is willing to learn new techniques and knowledge. Working experiences with protein purification, transcription and epigenetics studies, stem cell biology, mouse genetics, or genomewide assay analysis are highly preferred.
